"Memory" when copying files in Windows Vista

Unbelievable but true! Copy files in Windows Vista a problem!

This really did not expect, and yet, when copying some files from an external hard drive in Windows Vista , an error message tells me about the impossibility to continue the requested operation: "Insufficient memory to complete this operation" !
And luckily it was a simple copy of files on a system with 2GB of RAM!
not alone! The problem may not manifest itself explicitly that the only way to realize it would be to compare the properties of the source folder with the target ...!
I can not believe! I fear for any mistakes configuration caused by my hardware / software and instead, with a simple search on the web , it turns out the bug is well known and that a hotfix will be included in Service Pack 1 Windows Vista of .
Investigating further I discover that the problem is related to the management of extended attributes in Explorer : visit the ' article in the Microsoft Technical Support site for more (many) details.
The problem might arise when you try to copy over 16,400 files at one time and is more noticeable if you have installed Kaspersky (ver. 6 or 7), although the core of the problem lies in a "memory leak" caused solely by Windows Vista (see article on ZDNet ).
If you really can not do to wait for the SP1 you can always ask for ' a Microsoft hotfix or use alternative commands such as Robocopy not affected by the problem ... I, actually, I did the restart with a copy another operating system ... trust a Microsoft operating system is good but to rely altro, quando possibile, è decisamente meglio!

La Mela anticancro

"Does an apple a day keep the oncologyst away?" (Ie "can an apple a day keeps the oncologist away?") Is the title of an international research published in Annals of Oncology by researchers at the Mario Negri, CRO of Aviano, Istituto Tumori Genova, Pascale of Naples, the Regina Elena in Rome and the Agency for Research on Cancer in Lyon.
And it is so, who would have thought that a scientific research published in an international journal in the twenty-first century to confirm in full the old proverb, the fruit of wisdom?
course ... maybe Adam and Eve would not quite agree with us, given the trouble that caused the apple in paradise ...! Instead, this fruit is a source of polyphenols (especially procianidrine), anti-free radical with a strong anti-aging and anti-atherosclerosis. Studies have confirmed that the apple, including cultivated fruits, contains the greatest amount of polyphenols (212 to 66mg/100g depending on the variety) with a record for the rennet (from the French Reinette which means queen). Explain
Mario Cristofolini, president of the Lilt of Trent, that the latest research concerning the behavior of cells of several human cancers, dall'adenoma cancer of the colon, the liver, leukemia, melanoma. The development of cancer cells in culture is reduced by approximately 40-60% by adding apple with the skin, with only 30-40% of the pulp.
Not only that, the study also signed by Carlo La Vecchia and Negri Eva Mario Negri Institute in Milan, revealed that the risk of cancer in "apple-eaters" is reduced by 21% for oral cancer, esophageal cancer by 25%, 20% for colorectal cancer of 18% for breast cancer, 15% the ovarian and 9% for the prostate.
In general, however, it is estimated that 20 to 40% of cancers of the digestive tract is associated with low consumption of fruits and vegetables. Just add a single serving of fruit / vegetables per day to reduce by 10-20% the relative risk of tumor formation.
But apart from the latest news, culinary and therapeutic virtues of the apple are known. It 's a muscle tonic, fortifying the nervous system, laxative, diuretic, antirheumatic, antisettico intestinale, indicato agli astienici, agli obesi, agli anziani, ai sedentari.

WALNUTS, protecting the endothelium, prevents coronary heart disease. PREVENTIVE MEASURES FOR OSTEOPOROSIS.
Very pleasant, slightly spicy, delicate here is the nut, the fruit oily more energy in Europe (662 kcal/100g), the richest-dry state - fat (63.7 g) and between less rich in protein. Good, but then not only for the palate.
Recent epidemiological studies are increasingly demonstrating its many virtues, among others, the protective capacity endothelium (thin fabric of the blood vessel) and can advance osteoporosis (the "silent enemy" of women). The research was born in Greece, namely the Department of Biological Chemistry, University of Athens, where he evaluated the role of walnuts on endothelial function and bone strength (work published in October in the journal British Journal of Nutrition).
Speaking of healthy endothelium is to speak of healthy blood vessels: in fact, endothelial dysfunction is often associated with disorders of the coronary arteries (the vessels of the heart as a "crown" nourish and provide oxygen) and therefore a major causes of ischemic heart disease. Greek
The study stands out in particular an extract from the noce comune, l’acido ellagico.
Pertanto questa “variante con le noci” della dieta mediterranea (che già da sé garantisce buoni apporti in natural antioxidants) can promote vasodilation in hypercholesterolemic subjects, and this perhaps is the mechanism of cardiovascular protection attributed to the walnuts.
